About this cake
Rather than sitting on top, the doll stands against the front of the cake with her gown piped down over both tiers, so the dress and the cake become one piece.
The lavender buttercream is finished smooth, with a spray of small white and purple blossoms climbing the upper tier and a fall of petals near the base.
It is the most elegant doll cake we make and a regular choice for a joint birthday, an engagement dessert table or a bridal shower.
