About this cake
Where the peach version is soft, this one is deliberately vivid: hot pink against mehndi green, the classic dholki-night pairing. The sugar dholki on top is modelled with a green body and pink rope lacing so it belongs to the cake instead of sitting on it as an afterthought.
The sides carry piped detail in the opposite colour — small repeated motifs that echo gota trim, worked around the full circumference. It is slow, repetitive piping, and it is what gives the cake its finished, handmade look up close.
