Refund & Cancellation Policy

Advance and final payment

A 50% advance is required to begin a cake order or customisation. The remaining 50% must be paid before dispatch.

Non-refundable payments

Payments are non-refundable. Ingredients, preparation and custom design work begin after an order is confirmed.

Cancellation charge

If an order is cancelled, 50% of the total order value is charged as the cancellation penalty.

Please discuss any requested change as early as possible on WhatsApp. A requested change is subject to the stage of preparation and our ability to make it safely.
