How do I order a cake online in Lahore?
Choose a cake on the website and send its link on WhatsApp with the date, size, flavour, message, delivery address and recipient number. We confirm availability and the final price.
How much advance is required?
A 50% advance is required to begin a cake order or customisation. The remaining 50% is payable before dispatch.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay through JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer/IBFT. Cash on delivery may be available when confirmed for the order.
Are payments refundable?
No. Payments are non-refundable because ingredients, preparation and custom work begin after confirmation.
What is the cancellation charge?
Cancellation is charged at 50% of the total order value.
Who pays the delivery fare?
The customer pays the fare for the third-party delivery service.
Is a car or bike better for cake delivery?
We recommend a car ride because it provides a more level and protected environment for a decorated cake.
Can I request a custom cake design?
Yes. Share a reference, colours, size, flavour, message and required date on WhatsApp. We confirm what can be made before accepting the order.
