About this cake
The whole cake is pressed into mini chocolate chips, top and sides, with a single dark chocolate shard set into the crown. There is no cream and no fruit, just chocolate on chocolate.
Underneath the chips is our fudge sponge with fudge frosting between the layers. Because the surface is entirely chips, it hides fingerprints and travel marks better than any other cake we make.
